Bonus Call
Pay a set bonus amount to a specific player on a specific slot game as winnings — for promotions, welcome gifts, or retaining a player on a bad run.
Trigger it from the backoffice or by calling /game/start-call with the player, game and amount. The amount is deducted from the agent balance and paid to the player as winnings.
Payout is random: it may land in a single spin or be split across several. It ends when the full amount has been paid, or when an agent stops the call.
A call reports as Initial before the player reaches it, Proceeding while it pays out, and Completed once finished. Stopping early returns the unpaid remainder to the agent.
On Pragmatic Play you can pay the bonus as free spins instead: set a spin count and a betting level, and the player clearly sees the reward they received.
